What We Do

At Knife & Plow, we are committed to supporting native and local agriculture. We provide sustainable, artisanal products to our customers. Our small-batch soups, sauces, seasonings, pickles, pestos, and meals are produced in our solar-powered, NH-licensed, commercial kitchen.

Knife & Plow is a Certified Organic Farm using organic practices for 25 years. Our three solar arrays produce approximately 25,000 watts of electricity that run our irrigation, refrigeration, and processing equipment.

What Makes Us Different?

Knife & Plow is a processor and is here where the imagination of chefs and the reality of farming collide. We are chefs and farmers working together to create delicious small batch original seasoning, spices, and artisan products.  Our commitment to organic farming, native growers, and selected local sources of ingredients is how we operate.


We grow and prepare most ingredients that go into our products. We use what we grow first and look to our farmer friends for what we don't have.

At markets, we prepare hot, delicious foods. Our seasonal menu reflects what is available in our field. Come enjoy a sandwich, our specialty fries, and hot and cold drinks at the farmers markets we attend.

We go above and beyond to grow sustainably. Our operation is solar-powered, and we are also a USDA-certified organic grower.

Cup-Quiche - Muffin-sized meat or vegetable mini quiche. Peel and eat!

Veggie Pita - Our roasted vegetables and sharp provolone with fried zucchini stick, lettuce tomato, and our aioli on a grilled pita.

Squash Fritters - Our shredded winter squash fritters with habanero maple syrup.

Seasoned Fries, 2 Options - Pickle dust seasoned fries with chipotle aioli, or seacoast farmer seasoned fries with pickle aioli.
